i have this videoplayer too and i like it very much. do you habben to know how i can make avi files that the player can read from within after effects?

The clue is to create a video in 640x480 resolution with side-by-side video. This is regardless of what video editing software you are using. Try coding the video in MPEG4 or MPEG2, I don't remember exactly which codec is supported by the player.
Hei Jørn Are så du hadde testet denn spilleren som så litt interessant ut. Er en 3D entusiast selv, driver og forsker litt på forskjellige stadier. Har nettopp kjøpt meg en Loreo 3D linse til mitt Canon 500D kamera som jeg gjerne vil se resultatet av så lurte på litt mer info på denne enheten og om du har fler igjen hva skal du ha for den?

but the results are not very promising - at least not as good as the ones in the demo movies that came with the software...
the problem is not the side-by-side arrangement. it is just the codec i have to find...
if you happen to know a way to write the correct format - preferred on the mac - please let me know...

I live in the UK and can't find any places locally to order. Would you sell one abroad? Doesn't seem much of a heavy item to ship :) I'll send you an email for further details if so.
Do you know where to find latest firmware for that? The one they have at their website definitely doesn't feel like latest one. Seems like I downgraded rather than upgraded mine as it has less functions :( For example, I don't have 'depth of field' function anymore :S
Anyone can please check the current firmware and post here what it comes in the display? You can do it by going to settings and pick the "Software Version No." button. Thanks.
It says b005 on the website, but mine still shows B003. I don't know if something happened during flashing or if they just forgot to update the number.

Mine says Maxtek_3DPM_B005, but on the SETUP section I only see the following options:
Language, On/Off Timing, Software Upgrading, Software Version No.
Before the flashing I also used to have Depth of Field option, as also demonstrated in the manual.
You got Depth of Field setting with B003?
